    2px structural borders. Square corners. Rivets only on receiver frames. Keep scanlines below 4% opacity and away from body copy. Never place texture over focus indicators.

    Motion rules

    160ms control transitions. No blinking, marquee text or idle background movement. Only the running demo updates progress. Reduced-motion preference removes transitions and meter variation.

    Icon rules

    Simple, consistent control symbols paired with labels. Decorative sigils must stay outside controls and be hidden from assistive technology. Never use a rune as the only action label.
